The Model Z8900 LCR meter features a RS-232 interface for remote operation and a parts handler interface for operating component-sorting equipment.
The Model Z8900 0.1% accuracy, LCR meter features a RS-232 interface for remote operation and a parts handler interface for operating component-sorting equipment. The unit offers six measurement modes including C+R, C+D, L+R, L+Q, R+Q, and Z+Θ at test frequencies of 100 Hz, 120 Hz, 1 kHz, or 10 kHz, with 0.1, 0.3, or 1.0-V drive voltages, and measurement rates to 12/sec. Additional features include a built-in comparator that sorts components according to value and tolerance; a large five-digit dual LCD showing parameter values in absolute, Delta and Delta %, automatic, or manual triggering; and short and open-circuit calibration for increasing measurement accuracy.The Z8900 requires 220 or 120 V, 50/60 Hz, ac power, switch selectable, and operates in temperatures from 0 to 40°C (32 to 104°F).
