The Nose Guide Assembly consists of a self-energized, self-guiding Disciplign belt guide with a conveyor nose bar. Designed for use with thin, flat conveyor belts to minimize off-tracking, the assembly permits a flat-belt conveyor to be used in close proximity to an adjacent conveyor or subsequent machinery, without creating a gap.

Customizable to belt widths from 12 to 52 in., the system can be retrofitted to existing conveyor systems or incorporated into new designs.
