The SG Series expands the company’s line of high-pressure positive-displacement pumps to 190 gpm, with either sealless Viking Mag Drive, single or double cartridge seals, component mechanical seals, or lip seals. The pumps offer 29 displacements, with 500-psi standard pressure, and optional pressures to 2,500 psi. The units operate at up to four-pole motor speeds, and can be foot-bracket or close-coupled motor mounted to NEMA-C and IEC frame motors.

The cast and ductile-iron pumps handle liquids from 1 to 250,000 cSt viscosity, such as fuels, lube oils, adhesives, polyurethanes, heat-transfer liquids, edible oils, solvents, and paints and coatings. The pump’s magnetic drive is for applications where liquid or vapor leakage, air infiltration through a seal into the pump, or where unplanned downtime due to seal leakage cannot be tolerated.
