The 5k flareless-tube safety-screen adapter incorporates a solid stainless-steel Hi-Bar safety screen in a new ring-locked adapter. The adapter withstands pressures to 5,080 psi, compared to traditional flareless-tube adapters, which are rated for 4000 psi. After the screen is installed into a lightweight titanium fitting, it is 100% proof-pressure tested.
The adapter is available in –4, –6, –8, and –10 configurations, and in hole sizes ranging from 0.002 to 0.020 in. in diameter.
