The I/PAC, integrated process air-control package

The I/PAC, integrated process air-control package, mounts directly to common valve actuators. The explosionproof field-mounted I/P transducer comes preassembled with a filter regulator and pressure gage. Users can choose from either Type-950XP or Type-595XP explosionproof I/P, combined with the Type-330 filter regulator.

Features include compatible replacement for common valve actuators; seamless mounting; withstands harsh environments; low air consumption; low cost due to fugitive emissions; tapped exhaust option for natural-gas applications (T-950XP, T-330); 3-15, 3-25, 6-30 and 1-17-psig field-selectable outputs; stable in high vibration environments; and a second gage port option allows easier and lower cost mounting and plumbing connections.

I/PAC brackets mount on 2-in. pipes as well as directly onto valve yokes or other devices that use 2.25-in. bolt spacing.

Type 950XP has a volume booster that provides up to 10-scfm airflow capacity; an input signal of 4 to 20 mA; field-selectable output ranges of 3-15, 3-27, 6-30, and 1-17 psig; and 100-psig supply pressure.
Type-595’s volume booster provides up to 2.4-scfm airflow capacity for quick valve response, cylinders, and actuators. The unit has a 4 to 20-mA input signal, comes in 3-15, 3-27, or 6-30-psig models, and offers maximum supply pressure of 150 psig (3-15 output) or 42 psi (other outputs) for ported units with volume booster).
