Dan Janka, president of MAG Global, Hebron, Ky., was elected Chairman of the Association of Manufacturing Technology (AMT) Board of Directors at its annual meeting held in October. Headquartered in McClean, Va., AMT represents more than 400 American manufacturers of machine tools, manufacturing machinery, and related products. Its goals are to promote technological advancements in the design, manufacture, and sale of members' products and to advocate regarding trade matters to governments and trade organizations throughout the world. Janka began his career with Cincinnati Milacron in 1984 and was most recently president of MAG Americas prior to his current position. For more information, visit www.amtonline.org.
