Regal Beloit, Beloit, Wis., has appointed two vice presidents to its executive team.

Terry R. Colvin was named vice president of human resources. He will be responsible for field operations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. He has more than 25 years experience, and joins Regal Beloit from Stereotaxis Inc. Colvin earned his BS degree in psychology from Culver Stockton College and his MS in Industrial Relations from Iowa State University.

Paul J. Jones has been named vice president and general counsel. He will oversee all aspects of the legal team, concentrating on SEC matters, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, litigation, compliance and corporate governance matters. Jones joins Regal Beloit from the law firm Foley & Lardner, where he was a partner in their transactional and securities practices. He received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
