Fuel-resistant polyamides-Rhodia

May 3, 2010
The polyamides are suitable for single-layer blowmolding.

Fuel’In by Technyl polyamides, inclding Technyl C 536 XT, Technyl C 548B, XC 1405, and XC 1417 grades, are PA 6 and 6.6 compounds for 2D and 3D monolayer blow-moldingblow-molding. The polymers have high barrier performance that meets EPA and California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations for fuel-contact applications. The compounds have high impact resistance down to -40°C, are lightweight, and work with post-processing operations, and do not reqire fluorination or sulfonation.
