Oct. 5, 2010
The epoxy cures in 3 to 5 min., resists chemicals, and is electrically insulative.

EP65HT-1 room-temperature-curing epoxy bonds metals, glass, ceramics, rubbers, and many plastics in as few as 3 to 5 min. to glass-transition temperature over 125°C. The adhesive works between -60 and 400ºF, and it has tensile shear strength approaching 3,000 psi and Shore D hardness over 75. It is electrically insulative, resists chemicals, and has low outgassing that meets NASA requirements.
The adhesive is dark brown and comes in 10:1 ratio in a mixing/dispensing gun. It also comes in half pint, pint, quart, gallon, and 5 gal. container kits.
