B&R partners with Kundinger Controls

B&R Industrial Automation Corp., Roswell, Ga., has appointed Kundinger Controls, Auburn Hills, Mich., to their ranks of partners in North America. Kundinger distributes, designs, engineers, manufactures, installs, and provides ongoing support for virtually any machine application. Michigan will be a new B&R partner location next to offices in Illinois, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Indiana. Peter Barry to lead WEG Electric

WEG Electric Corp., Atlanta, announces that David Pipes, president, will retire at the end of June and will be replaced by Peter Barry, VP of sales. Barry has been with WEG for more than 18 years, serving in various sales roles and management capacities. Allen Graham, who currently serves as the South Central regional manager, will become VP of sales. Graham has almost 40 years of experience in the motor industry and has been with WEG since 1998. Transtecno opens North American office

Transtecno Group, a European supplier of aluminum gearboxes, dc motors, and gearmotors based in Bologna, Italy, announces a new North American sales office in Iowa. Jon Roetman will oversee North American operations. WAGO 2011 tour underway

WAGO Corp., Germantown, Wis., via its Innovation in Automation Tour (IIAT), is visiting U.S. and Canadian cities beginning this spring. Consisting of two identical vans, IIAT presents the company's latest automation, interconnect, and electronic components directly to industrial professionals.
