CAM works with SolidWorks

March 8, 2007
GibbsCAM software can directly read native SolidWorks part and assembly files.

The CAM software can also directly use values stored in SolidWorks design tables to automate generating CNC programs. When these values are modified, GibbsCAM makes adjustments to processes and updates toolpaths. This capability simplifies handling families of parts.
