A new center-drive-motor option is available for AquaGard 7360 Series sanitary stainless-steel conveyors.

A new center-drive-motor option is available for AquaGard 7360 Series sanitary stainless-steel conveyors. The conveyors offer a lifespan up to five times longer than those of end-drive models. Benefits include a maintenance-free constant-stretch design; less wear and tear; and longer conveyors — up to 83 ft — which reduces the number of conveyors and drives required to move product long distances.

The 7360 Series opens up on both tail ends for easier access and comes with either a pneumatic or spring-loaded take-up mechanism to tighten and secure the belt. A three-roller design makes belt removal and cleaning more efficient. With the motor in the center of the conveyor, both ends are free to allow for maximum clearance around the conveyor and smooth transfers with small nose bars — for those tough-to-handle products like cookies.

Additional benefits include loads to 500 lb; 300-fpm belt speeds; 4 to 52-in. belt widths in 2-in. increments; optional slave-driven powered transfer; TIG-welded 304 stainless-steel/anodized-aluminum construction; and compatibility with V-guided belts.
