Several new CNC control products now available include the 30i-B Series control, 0i-D/0i-DMate control, and 35i-B CNC control for transferline machines.

The 30i-B Series control offers advancements including USB memory port, dual-safety check, and punch-press and laser functionality. Architecture and software algorithms reduce cycle times while improving part accuracy and quality. The 30i-B also features High-speed smooth TCP; high-speed multipath PMC; enhanced tilted working plane and high-speed smoothing functions; enhanced DSPs for advanced servocontrol, such as multiaxis control and high-speed current control; and arbitrary speed threading.

The 0i-D/0i-D mate control offers nano interpolation, Al contour II control, jerk control, tool-management function, and grinding functions.

The new 35i-B control is for transfer-line machines. Suitable for high-speed drilling and transfer machining, the 35i-B comes with a touchscreen machine operator panel and embedded Ethernet.

The five-axis volumetric-error compensation increases machining accuracy by evaluating the tool location and orientation error throughout the machining volume.
