Electrically Conductive Epoxy Resin

Sept. 27, 2007
The new 40-3900 room temperature curing, electrically conductive epoxy is formulated with a combination of silver particles for high electrical and thermal conductivity.

Features of the resin include lower cost because dry ice shipping isn’t necessary and curing requires no heat. The epoxy can serve as a solder replacement, has a 1:1 mix ratio, and low-volume resistivity.
