Epoxy Adhesive

    Tra-Cast 3145 is a medium-viscosity, thermally conductive epoxy adhesive for staking and setting diodes, transistors, integrated circuits, resistors, and other PC-board components.

    The adhesive develops strong, durable bonds at room temperature and bonds to itself, metals, silica,steatite, alumina sapphire, glass, and plastics. It is resistant to salt solutions, mild acids and alkalis, petroleum solvents, lubricating oils, and alcohol.
