Integrated-analysis package generates thermal and EMC meshes

Oct. 6, 2005
Flomerics V6 integrated-analysis package assists in the physical design of electronics.

The new Flotherm and Flo/EMC generate two meshes, one optimized for thermal simulation and one for EMC. Flotherm can access the Web-based Smart-Parts3D library directly for compact models and Flo/EMC lets users create compact models accurately describing electromagnetic signatures.

Flomerics Inc., 4 Mount Royal Ave, Suite 450, Marlborough, MA 01752, (508) 357-2012, flomerics.com

Flotherm and Flo/EMC together provide thermal and EMC analysis.
