Lead-free bearing material

    DP30 high-performance, lead-free bearing material is designed for applications such as hydraulic systems, planetary gears, compressors, and gear pumps.

    The material structure features a rigid steel backing bonded to a porous bronze sinter layer impregnated with a polymer-filled PTFE bearing lining. DP30 is available as cylindrical and flanged bushes, thrust washers, and strip and custom parts.
