The small sensor has ultrafast-response time, high accuracy, low drift, high sensitivity, a wide dynamic range, temperature and viscosity compensation, and analog-signal output. The X115673-AW liquid flow sensor incorporates standard compression-style fittings and measures flow rates from 5 nL/min to 5 L/min.
