Metering Pumps

Oct. 6, 2005
For use in hazardous environments, the Series 500 dia-Pumps have been expanded with explosionproof motors and NEMA-7 stroke positioners.

The hydraulically actuated diaphragm pumps provide leak-free metering of corrosive, flammable, and hazardous liquids. The explosion-proof model is suitable for oil-and-gas, CPI, and other extreme environments. The units' check valves are removable for inspection or cleaning without disconnecting piping. The pumps handle from 0.03 to 80 gph (simplex) and up to 160 gph (duplex) and pressures to 3,000 psi. A variable oil by-pass stroke adjustment improves valve performance over variable linkage designs. The liquid end of the pump can be constructed of 316SS, alloy 20, PVC, and Kynar, depending on the model.
