New Product: Direct-Drive Robot

The design of the YK600XGH Scara Robot, with direct drive on all axes including both the Z and R, increases maximum operating speed by 20 to 27% with XY axis, 26% with Z axis (for 200-mm stroke), and 41% with the R axis.

The robot is constructed of aluminum-extruded material and weighs only 48 kg with a 200-mm Z axis or 50 kg with a 400-mm Z axis. Payload is maintained at 20 kg. The robot’s XY axes positioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm makes it suitable for assembling small to relatively large parts with a high degree of accuracy.
