The RMS Series of microwave motion sensors are designed to actuate automatic sliding, swinging, folding, or revolving doors when approaching traffic is detected.

Three models are available: The RMS-MNA sensor is the basic model with 1 SPST relay output that operates in normally-open or normally-closed mode. The RMS-D-NA sensor has “turtle-mode” capability to detect extremely slow motion, as well as cross-talk suppression that tunes out people who are walking past, but not towards, the door. The RMS-D-RC-NA sensor has the above features as well as a remote control with an LCD display.

The sensor’s compact, pod-shaped housing, with no external adjustments, eliminates tampering. The units can be mounted as high as 4 m (13 ft).
