Nonmagnetic Tension Catches

Nov. 18, 2004
Four new cast-brass nonmagnetic tension catches complement an existing line of solid-extruded brass tension catches.

The catches are half the price of their extruded counterparts, yet offer the same ballcatch solution. Brass screws on each of the rustproof bronze balls adjust the release tension. Springs are made from noncorrosive stainless steel. The catches are available in dull brass or dull chrome finish, and come in lengths of 1.7 to 2.71 in. The catches can be used in place of their extruded counterparts, which come in lengths of 1.86 to 3.1 in.
