New posts and clamps for the automation and motion-control industries offer precise, accurate positioning of mounted devices. The devices securely mount equipment such as CCD cameras and photoelectric sensors, used by machine designers and builders of automated assembly, inspection, and testing systems.

Features include 304 stainless-steel stand posts, which with the help of a strut clamp, can adjust or reposition for quick changeover. Diameters range from 10 to 25 mm and overall length ranges from 100 to 300 mm. Photoelectric sensor post clamps mount directly to commonly specified photoelectric sensors. The clamps are available in 304 stainless steel or 1018 carbon steel with either black oxide or electroless nickel plating. A turning-prevention feature on vertical-tapped post clamps allows adjustments in Z direction with a simple turn of the knob, while preventing movement in a rotary direction. Accompanying posts (unscaled) are available in 304 stainless steel and in 1018 carbon steel with electroless nickel plating.
