Rapid Manifold Prototypes

Sept. 15, 2005
OEMs can get rapid prototypes for complex or densely populated pneumatic assemblies at significant cost savings over traditional aluminum or acrylic machined manifolds.

The manifolds are built with formed and bonded-plastic layers created through a proprietary cast-urethane process. The units accommodate irregular boundary forms and shapes. And the process permits integrated accessories such as valves, fittings, pumps, reservoirs, and accumulators, while optimizing flow paths and preventing potential leaks.
