A range of converted thermal-management materials, consisting of adhesive-backed die-cut parts, work with heat sinks to dissipate unwanted heat for proper LED performance.

Once materials are selected for an application, the most-efficient path for heat dissipation is determined, which helps select the best thermal interface material, including conductive adhesives, greases, tapes, ceramic and metal-filled elastomers (also called “gap fillers”), coated fabrics, or phase-change materials.
If a thin-film material is chosen, converted die-cut parts are provided, which may be used with heat sinks, base plates, constant-current power suppliers, or fans.
