USB Drive Combinations

May 11, 2006
Industrial and panel PCs have USB 2.0 interfaces located on the IPC, as well as the automation panel. USB drive combinations include a DVD-ROM/CDRW drive, a floppy-disk drive, and two USB interfaces (Type A and Type B).

A CompactFlash slot works with Type I and Type II cards and with Microdrive miniature hard disks. All drives and the Type A USB interface are accessible from the front of the PC. The drive combinations mount in a switching cabinet cutout with the supplied mounting angles. An optional front door provides IP65 protection.
