Wire-Terminal Applicator

A two-piece anvil crimps both wire and insulation ear sections in one stroke. The unit handles female, male, right-angle flag, ring, spade, and hook terminals with available tooling. A continuous regulating head allows fine-tuning of the crimp height within a 0.106-in. range and 0.001-in. resolution. Settings are fully repeatable.
