The sensors are designed for co-location with high-voltage heat sources such as power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and busbars, helping eliminate the need for external isolation amplifiers or isolated data converters.

The ISOTMP35R/-Q1 features a 10mV/°C positive output slope, a 500mV offset at 0°C, and a fast thermal response time of less than 4s. The TI ISOTMP35R/-Q1 Analog Temperature Sensors operate from a wide 3.1V to 34V supply range, support a 1.06kVRMS working voltage, and provide 5kVRMS reinforced isolation for high-voltage temperature measurement applications.
