The RD24 connector with plastic hex nut reduces the need for mounting screw holes and is the perfect solution for applications with a thick panel box.

At this year’s Pack Expo, Binder USA (booth E-9827) is introducing a new style of panel-mounted connectors in its line of power solutions. The RD24 connector with plastic hex nut reduces the need for mounting screw holes and is the perfect solution for applications with a thick panel box. Due to the compact, easy-to-install mounting design and multiple fields of use, the RD24 power connectors are ideal for various environments within the power, industrial, and communication industries.

Available in 4- and 7-pin configurations, the RD24 panel-mount connectors are rated at a maximum of 16A per contact and can transfer up to 400V. These screw-terminated connectors are fitted with gold plated contacts and are designed to withstand harsh industrial environments with an IP67 rating. An added feature allows an optional protection cap lanyard to attach directly to the housing body of the connector.

For a complete solution, male and female field-attachable connectors and cordsets are available within the Binder RD24 product line.
