Simulation For fluid-Power Circuits

March 17, 2005
Automation Studio V5.2, a program for schematic design and simulation of fluid-power and electrical systems, includes components from Bosch Rexroth A10, A4V, Parker P2, P3, Sauer Danfoss, Kawasaki, and others.

Automation Studio also assists with maintenance by performing faster testing of "what if" scenarios, and helps instructors to create a flexible training environment.

Users select appropriate components, and drag and drop them onto a workspace to build complex systems. An improved dynamic and realistic simulation shows the systems' behavior and lets users carry out sharper analysis of design integrity. Users can set parameters for fluid properties and viscosity, and consider heat transfers. In simulation, components animate and color-coded lines show pressure and flow.
