Ultrasoft medical elastomer - Teknor Apex

The elastomer comes in pellet form for injection molding.

Medalist MD-447 ultrasoft medical gel elastomer is based on a hydrogenated styrenic block copolymer. It comes in free-flowing pellet form for injection molding processes and contains no latex, phthalates, or animal-derived components. It complies with FDA, California Proposition 65, CONEG, and REACH requirements for medical applications.
The compound has Shore OO hardness of 25, a specific gravity of 0.868 g/cc, 100-psi tensile strength, 750% elongation at break, and a melt-flow rate of 20 gm/10 min at 125°C with a 2.16-kg weight.
