Bigger is Better for Vision430 Controller Touchscreen

Feb. 5, 2015

Unitronics invites its users to Go Wide with Vision430, a new addition to the Vision controller series. The Vision430 is a programmable logic controller (PLC) with a 4.3-in. touchscreen for easy manipulation of the VisiLogic software. The screen, housed in a flat fascia unit, features onboard digital, high-speed, and analog I/O. Two dozen auto-tuned PID loops are used to control temperature, level, and pressure. The touchscreen allows for direct control by the operator; remote I/O is possible up to 1000 meters. Vision430 works in applications with up to 512 I/Os.

VisiLogic software provides an intuitive human-machine interface (HMI). Users can directly arrange drag and drop function blocks on the touchscreen for complex automation tasks. They can design their own display screens and fill in data tables for parameters in general applications. Data tables can be stored on a microSD card for complete PLC cloning.
