Magnetics find pistons in cylinders

Oct. 25, 2007
The BIM-UNT universal magnetic-field sensor detects piston position on standard pneumatic cylinders.

It resists EMC and polarity protected with reliable switching points and fast response times. Its sensing face is in front of the sensor to help it detecting pistons in short-stroke cylinders. The sensor comes with a quick-mount tab that helps seat the sensor in the cylinders groove, making single-handed mounting possible. And the screw has been moved away from the cable-end, providing cable strain relief while ensuring the sensor remains in place if the cable is pulled.
