The East Coast's largest design and manufacturing event returns to the Javits Convention Center in New York City this summer, June 6 to 8.

Nanotech in focus at MD&M East

Medical Design & Manufacturing East's major pavilions and the Automation Technology Expo (ATX East) will join the Atlantic Design & Manufacturing and East-Pack exhibits at the show. Over 1,500 exhibiting companies and 30,000 buyers will participate.

The 24th annual MD&M East show features companies in contract manufacturing, component fabrication, adhesives, electronics, assembly, motion control, testing equipment, IV components, and other categories. East-Pack showcases the latest in machinery and components, enclosures, containers, materials, and services. ATX highlights the latest technological advances in custom automation and assembly, robotics, control software, motors, drives, motion control, and more. And Atlantic Design & Manufacturing includes leaders in CAD/CAM/PDM, contract manufacturing, enterprise technology, linear actuators, optical sensing, sensors, and transducers.

New this year is the Micro-NanoTec Pavilion, where attendees will see current and nextgeneration technologies at the micro and nano level for designing and developing medical devices. Exhibitors supply microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), micro components and subassemblies, nano-scale materials and components, and molecular-analysis instruments, among others.
