Thin, self-adhesive urethane foams - Rogers Corp.

The foams are intended for sealing and shock absorption in handheld-electronics applications.

Poron ThinStik products are urethane foams  supported by PET and a pressure-sensitive adhesive. Typcial foams have 5% compression set at room temperature, 78% elongation, and 25 to 30 oz/in. peel strength.
ShockSeal 79-09 Foam (79TS1-09021) is 0.52 mm thick. It resists impact, has high z-axis tear strength, and seals well. Poron ThinStik foam 92TS1-09020 has good tear strength and impact resistance.
