Diaphragm pump handles liquids

The Type NF1.5 micro diaphragm pump, for dosing or transferring liquids or liquid-gas mixtures, hits flow rates up to 60 ml/min, self-primes to 9-in.-Hg suction, and operates against pressures up to 87 psi both intermittently and continuously for the lifetime of the pump

The Type NF1.5 micro diaphragm pump, for dosing or transferring liquids or liquid-gas mixtures, hits flow rates up to 60 ml/min, self-primes to 9-in.-Hg suction, and operates against pressures up to 87 psi both intermittently and continuously for the lifetime of the pump. A version with continuous 145-psig pressure rating is also available.

The precise valve structure of the pump and its sophisticated diaphragm technology provide high efficiency. They are powered by either a brush-commutated iron core or ironless core dc motor, or a brushless-dc motor. The pumps run dry, perform virtually maintenance-free, and mount easily in any position.

The pump’s chemical resistance comes from the use of PP, PTFE, PVDF, EPDM, and FFPM materials for components that will come touch the pumped medium. Most neutral and aggressive liquids can be handled without risk of corrosion or other damage.
