The new IO-Link analog plugs feature 14-bit resolution to connect and incorporate analog I/O signals. Each plug has an IP67 enclosure rating, a space-saving housing, is connected directly to the sensor, convert analog signals into IO-Link signals before transmission, and uses unshielded, three-conductor cables. Signal neutrality of the IO-Link ports on the IO-Link Master module, in combination with plugs, ensure maximum signal variance. Different input, output, current, and voltage signals can be mixed on one module.

Units are available with a current input of 4 to20 mA, voltage from 0 to 10 V or PT 100, a current output of 4 to 20 mA and a voltage output of 0 to 10 V.
