The Non-Contact Transfer (NCT) unit is a unique picking device that operates on the Bernoulli principle. Airflow under the device creates a vacuum and lift force between the center and circumference. NCTs effectively handle materials that are porous, delicate, or have rough or soft surfaces. The line now includes a PEEK-polymer version that resists chemicals, solvents, acids, salts, and oil, making it suited for the packaging and food/beverage industries. FDA and EG approvals permit direct contact with food products. The units come in four sizes with lift capacities to 2 lb, and multiple NCTs can be used together for lifting larger weights.
