Sheeter for low-speed applications
The Sur-Size TS-54 is a compact sheeter that accommodates any material, including films, foils, paper, nonwovens, corrugated, and rubber products. Users place the roll onto the unwind support and the material feeds to the traveling knife assembly. Operators enter the length and number of pieces on a color touchscreen, and the unit automatically feeds out and cuts to the predetermined length and number. As the material leaves the sheeter, it exits to a takeaway conveyor for manual stacking. The takeaway conveyor can be replaced with an optional stacker. The sheeter requires only 110 V and air.
