The M-811.STV vacuum-compatible Hexapod six-axis positioner comes with software and a highly specialized controller. It combines small size with high-load capacity and high accuracy. Features of the unit include travel ranges of 34 × 32 × 13 mm, 42° rotation, load capacity to 5 kg, 40-nm actuator resolution, minimum incremental motion to 200 nm, repeatability to ±0.2 µm, and 10-mm/sec velocity. Both the M-810 and M-811 models can be controlled by an Apple iPad.
