The thermally compensated, two-way normally closed VSO MI proportional valve is designed for flow control over a wide range of media. Constructed of lightweight PBT plastic, the valve is suited for portable and stationary medical equipment.

The valve features 5.5, 13.5, and 29-Vdc configurations; 0 to 40-slpm flow rates; 0 to 150-psi pressure range; available in 0.031 to 0.51-in. orifices; 25 million life cycles; manifold mount with integrated screens and seals; and a leak rate of <0.2 sccm of nitrogen.
