High-performance CD couplings

The Series A1C highperformance CD couplings are designed for demanding servomotor and motion-control applications

The Series A1C highperformance CD couplings are designed for demanding servomotor and motion-control applications. The couplings feature high torsional stiffness, high dynamic-load capacity, and precise positioning under highspeed reversing loads without fatigue for reliable 24/7 operation. These zerobacklash couplings handle reversing loads and provide smooth operation at high speeds.

The devices are designed with improved clamp-style hubs for handling larger shafts and higher torque, as well as good shaft engagement. Shafts have increased clamping strength, eliminating the need for keyways for a cleaner, better-balanced design. The couplings come in six sizes and torque capacities range from 40 to 564 Nm with speed ratings from 6,700 to 15,000 rpm, depending on the model.
