Heavy-duty gearbox

The GP22HD heavy-duty gearbox is designed for submerged- oil operation (flooded in hydraulic fluid). Features of the gearbox include one to five stages, maximum overload torque up to 12 Nm, ambient temperatures up to 200°C (390°F), atmospheric pressures up to 1,700‚bar (25,000 psi), impulses and impacts up to 100 g (100× gravitational acceleration), and 100 to 1,000 hr service life at load limit (180°C, oil) currently approximately 500 hr.
