Double-bush bearing

Sept. 21, 2012
A double-bush bearing provides high performance for V-drive transmissions while requiring less space.

A double-bush bearing provides high performance for V-drive transmissions while requiring less space. The bearing is tailored to withstand pressure as well as tensile load. A rubber coating on the vertical, upper side insulates the drive assembly from upward moving vertical forces. The double-bush bearing ensures that stiffness remains low even under the load caused by the V-drive transmission, providing sustained low-resonant frequency sdamping.
