Lightweight-steel cable carriers

Oct. 3, 2012
The LS 1050 and LSX 1050 steel cable carriers are designed to minimize weight.

The LS 1050 and LSX 1050 steel cable carriers are designed to minimize weight. The unit’s weight-optimized side-plate geometry employs a lighter-weight steel chain that is sturdier than comparably sized plastic cable-carrier chains. The carriers are approximately 40% lighter than previous versions and feature improved dynamic properties and long unsupported length, and come with sidebands made from steel (LS 1050) or stainless steel (LSX 1050).
