Directional-control valves

Aug. 30, 2013
The VED03M direct-operated four-way proportional-control valves conform to NFPA D03 and ISO 4401 mounting standards. The valves control direction and flow rate based on the current supplied to the solenoid. Valve solenoids can be driven by a variable-current power supply or by external power-amplifier cards designed to maximize the valves’ performance. Manual overrides are also available. Features include 3,000-psi maximum operating pressure; 50-msec ascending and 40-msec descending step response; flow capacities from 1.06 to 7 gpm; <6% hysteresis; and <±1.5% repeatability.Continental Hydraulics, 5505 W. 123rd St., Savage, MN 55378, (952) 895-6400, www.continentalhyraulics.com
