Custom seals

Customized machined seals meet specifications required by OEM or maintenance-related applications. Rotating, reciprocating, or static seals can be made from a wide variety of stock materials or from specialty materials.

The company uses its Seal Jet technology — a CNC-controlled production system using proprietary software and special cutting tools developed for machining different polymers — to customize seals.

Continuous or molded one-piece seals can be machined to 157-in. OD and larger versions can be developed using a welding technique allowing on-site fitting and promoting ideal seal performance.
