Electric Cylinders

May 22, 2014
Electric Cylinders
The SPINDASYN motor line now includes the SEZ electric cylinder. The installation-ready system consists of a servomotor with an integrated linear unit. The motor rotor, pressed directly onto the ball screw, eliminates the need to use couplings for connection. This setup reduces inertia, thereby increasing dynamic response. This increases rigidity and overall system precision.

The cylinders handle up to 8.3-kN axial force and a stroke range to 70 mm. For variable stroke lengths and axial forces up to 570 kN, the SKT Series is available.

The SEZ’s high energy efficiency makes them suitable replacements for pneumatic cylinders.
