SAE 100 flexible thermoplastic hoses, with R7 couplings, handle a applications requiring medium to high pressure and hose flexibility. The line includes:

SAE R100 R7 nylon hose is rated from 1,000 to 3,000-psi working pressure, and 4,000 to 12,000-psi minimum burst pressure and comes in eight sizes from 1/8 to 1 in.

SAE R100 R18 and SAE R100 R8 thermoplastic nylon hoses are rated at 3,000‑psi working pressure for R18, and the R8 between 3,500 and 5,000‑psi working pressure. The R18 hose comes in ¼ to ½-in. ID, and the R8 comes in four sizes from 3/16 to ½-in. ID.

The hoses are available in nonconductive versions for applications requiring electrical component isolation. Working temperature range is –40 to 212°F. The urethane covering is abrasion, ozone, and weather resistant.
