The high quality finish, as well as the large corner radii and closed surfaces, prevent dkirt crom sticking to them and make cleaning easier and faster. They are available in a matte or polished finish. The FDA-compliant sealing ring is made of a hydrogenated acrylonitrile Butadiene rubber and withstands temperatures from -13 °F (-25 °C) to 302 °F (150 °C).
